How should I dress for therapy?
Please dress comfortably. Loose clothing for the specific region being treated is recommended. You are welcome to bring a change of clothing.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring your license, insurance card, and referral if your insurance is an HMO. If your physician provided a prescription for therapy please bring this as well.
What can I expect on my first visit?
The physical therapist will perform a detailed examination of the involved region. Clinical findings found during the evaluation will guide therapy treatment which will begin on your first day. Your individualized treatment plan will include a home exercise program that will supplement clinic sessions to facilitate a faster recovery.
How long are therapy visits?
The initial visit may take 1-1.5 hours. Subsequent visits may take from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on your treatment plan.
What types of insurance do you take?
We take most major insurance carriers including BCBS, Anthem, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, Aetna, United Healthcare, Tufts, Tri-Care, MVP, Medicaid, and Medicare.

Do I have a Copay, Deductible, or Coinsurance for physical therapy visits?
Calling your insurance company before starting therapy will provide you with your outpatient physical therapy benefits. This information will include any copay, coinsurance, or deductible that is part of your physical therapy benefits under your health insurance plan.
What types of payments do you take?
Credit, Debit, and Flex spending cards are accepted in addition to cash or check.
